Lianna Tsangarides is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working with youth and families since 2007. Lianna has years of experience working in agencies and residential treatment settings prior to starting her private practice in 2015, where she helps teens and young adults struggling with addiction, trauma, and emotional struggles.

 Lianna specialises and has extensive training in dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy. She uses these techniques to help clients improve their ability to regulate emotions and have a better overall quality of life.

Additionally, she is sought after as an emotional and mental health expert and has been asked to provide trainings and consultation to other agencies, as well as, mentor and supervise other therapists. Lianna is available to speak on the topics of DBT, teen mental health, and suicide prevention and assessment.
