Manisha Dhami is a PhD researcher at the Department of Human Development and Family Studies, at Punjab Agricultural University. She did her undergraduate degree at Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.
In 2018, she earned her master’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Punjab Agricultural University. During her master’s degree, she worked to meet guidance and counselling needs of adolescents in Punjab.
She has an immense interest in mental health and positive psychology. She is passionate about communicating and writing about issues related to parenting, mental health, and well being. She aims to improve her community by introducing interventions and spreading happiness.
