Professor Nigel MacLennan runs the leadership coaching practice PsyPerform (which provides leadership coaching and development for CEOs, directors, and managers). He also provides psychotherapy for leaders and executives, globally via Zoom, WhatsApp, or Skype.
He qualified with a Diploma in Psychotherapy 35 years ago, and shortly after completing his honours degree in psychology and has been practising coaching psychology and psychotherapy since. Along the way he has written many books in the field of applied psychology including Counselling for Managers, The Perfect Gift, The Perfect Coach, Coaching and Mentoring, Self-Responsibility Therapy, and i Shrink, and other original works in the field of psychology – the research for which led to the award of Nigel’s doctorate from Middlesex University.
Nigel has been a visiting professor at the International University of Monaco, and London Metropolitan University, and is currently visiting professor at the University of Bolton. He also sits on the editorial board of Psychreg Journal of Psychology.
