Dr Parul Kalia is an assistant professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in India. She holds a PhD in human development and family studies, which is an interdisciplinary field with social science that contributes to the well-being of individuals and families across the life course. The field aims to promote an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of human behaviour and development.
She enjoys writing about wide-ranging topics within mental health, psychology, and community welfare.
As a researcher Dr Kalia is passionate about working towards utilising her knowledge and understanding to support the harmonious growth and development of humans. She wants to bring change in the view and perception of the individuals so that everyone can contribute for the betterment of the world.
