Reading Time: 2 minutes

Stress at work is no joke; and there’s virtually no way to escape it either. We’re worried about so many things at the office, from our day-to-day routine and deadlines to the future of work in general: income, stability of the workplace to name just two things. And all of that stress is taking its toll, in myriad ways: mental health complaints, physical ailments, even just more sick days.

And when the stress starts at home, that compounds the problem even more. That’s why it’s important to take just a few minutes and try to identify the sources of that stress – and stop them in their tracks.

Take morning prep: The worst thing is to get ready for work and find out there’s nothing for breakfast; then skip breakfast, which creates stress. Spend time the night before thinking about your first meal (and packing some healthy snacks, too).
