An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated qualitative researcher to join the Academic Unit of Elderly Care and Rehabilitation in the role of Senior Research Fellow. The Senior Research Fellow will have expertise in qualitative research and lead implementation of components of a research programme funded by the National Institute for Health Research. The programme will investigate whether personalised care planning (PCP) can improve quality of life for older people with frailty, and reduce health and social care costs.
