Karen Meager is co-author of Real Leaders for Real World, and co-founder of Monkey Puzzle Training & Consultancy, a leadership development and organisational design consultancy working with business leaders to help align teams, support innovation, build sustainable organisations and develop exceptional people who are better able to achieve results – giving leaders more time to do what they do best.
Karen has a particular interest in how the pressure and responsibility of leadership roles impact the mental and emotional health of leaders and works with organisations to develop interventions and programmes to enable leaders to develop and grow sustainably. She has a specific interest in burnout and continues to conduct research on how it affects leaders.
Karen has an MSc in psychology and a master’s degree in health research. She is also an organisational psychologist and qualified in clinical psychotherapy and supervision.
